$Why is this role different ?This is not a "plug-and-play" business role.We are intentionally open on seniority, from strong mid-level to experienced senior, because what matters most to us is the person, the mindset, and the ambition.$Depending on your profile : You might own deals end-to-end and drive the commercial strategy of the company Or start with a strong focus on deal execution and progressively take ownership of strategy, partner portfolio, and long-term positioning of the studio Or work closely with the CEO (whose original background is in business development) to progressively expand your scopeWe will shape the role around the right person.$What you'll work on Identify and develop new business opportunities (publishers, platforms, IP holders) Build and nurture long-term partnerships, this is key to OSG vision. Drive our pitching efforts and present our projects with clarity and conviction Collaborate closely with production, creative, and leadership teams Represent the studio on trade shows, worldwide.
